We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures in case you wish to return a product or withdraw from a purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak Law No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in distance contracts.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@zenlabs.store within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After notification, you must return the products to us within another 14 days.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or damaged supplements;

  • Products with broken safety seals or missing packaging;

  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago;

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

These restrictions are based on hygiene and health protection exceptions under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@zenlabs.store to initiate a return.

  2. We will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely in its original packaging.

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Please note:

  • We do not refund shipping fees unless the product was faulty or delivered in error.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zenlabs.store.

  2. Include your order number, a description, and photo evidence of the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.


8. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used supplement containers;

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective);

  • Gift cards or digital products.
